The problem with this Starbucks is the bathroom. They have one stall for all their many customers. And bizarrely, the customers here take forever! Last time I waited 30 minutes for two people to use the bathroom. This time, 15 minutes. What they are doing in there is beyond my comprehension. The worst starbucks by far. I work nearby and often try to order stuff from here. They are always out of everything. They leave you waiting for extended periods of time before letting you know something isnt available. They also arent the friendliest bunch.
It is just a hat, idiots!Wearing my nice trapper’s hat I entered this store to order my cappuccino. What a horrible experience I was for. As I speaking to the barista, out of the blue an employee interjected herself to, with glee, told me I could not get a large cup of water with my order. First time ever I hear that at Starbucks.Then I could not get my coffee. Somehow, magically no one knew about my coffee.INCREDIBLY, even after presented with my receipt they (almost every employee) could not help me and, at one point, even asked me if I wanted milk on my cappuccino. I could hardly believe that a barista would ever asked me such a dumb question.This was by far my worst experience ever at Starbucks and I hope those incompetent employees feel very pleased for their stupidity, lack of professionalism, discrimination, disrespect, etc.Guess it was all my hat’s fault…
