The establishment is being renovated quite often and it’s fresh to see the new additions every time I come in with friends. The employees are very welcoming and the Milk-Tea Tapioca drinks taste marvellous. They have a lot of variety in the choice of flavours, amount of ice, size of container, and even the sweetness! Would definitely recommend to stop by and try out with friends and family! View all feedback.
What Wilson Tsang doesn't like about Pop Tea Bar Restaurant:
TLDR: order not properly sized, drink a bit too sweet. I ordered through DoorDash and got a Vietnamese iced coffee. The picture shows a long tall cup and there is no size to pick for the Vietnamese iced coffee so I assumed it would be as shown. Turns out they only gave me a small cup which is deceptive compared to the picture shown in the huge banner. The drink turned out to be a little too sweet for me as well View all feedback.
Had their Thai milk tea boba Boba pearls were soft, truly enjoyed it!
Best banh mi with great super fresh bread. Great service and good rewards program free drinks every few orders :
My favorite boba place in Palo Alto — good selection of drinks, and their snacks are also tasty. Highly recommend the spicy popcorn chicken

Today is Feb 24, I came in at about 5pm and the guy in the front and the uncle were SUPER NICE!! Service was the best!!! Come here guys. The brown sugar boba with fresh milk is good too
