Pop Tea - Palo Alto

I ordered the popcorn chicken, and it turned out to be a soggy, overcooked disaster at the bottom of the bag. The chicken was rubbery as well. Food rating: 1/5.

I ordered a matcha latte with fresh milk, and I was pleased to see they use organic milk. However, even though I requested less ice, it still came out a bit watered down, so I’d rate that more of a 3/5. You can place your orders at two different kiosks, and they partner with Snackpass, which I’ve used at other places before. Overall, the excellent customer service earns them a solid 4 stars.

They are efficient, the food is delicious, and everything is served quickly with plenty of options. The ability to customize the sugar level is a great touch. Food: 5/5

The bahn mi here is so good! It has a good ratio of veggies, meat, and bread. The sandwich is quite thick and big. I also got a lavender milk tea with boba. The boba has a good texture of chewiness. I got less ice but the milk tea tasted watered down. Would definitely come back here for their bahn mi!
