What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's Palo Alto:
we had reservations and after we had set ourselves, we waited for 15 minutes and no server came to welcome us or even offer water. I mean, I understand if you're busy, but they could at least say that I'll be in a short time with them. several server and bus drivers went past us in the 15 minutes. we decided to eat somewhere else. The food was mainly the crispy honey chicken dish delicious. I ate our dinner.
PF Chang's Northern Ribs are excellent with a side of Fried Rice was a perfect lunch!
Sichuan cuisine with no sichuan pepper. Lacks flavor. Service was subpar.
Restaurant was cold…cooling the food extremely fast.
Food and service were just okay. We have had better experiences before.
