I love this place. Food is great. Coffee is great. The owners are super super friendly and sweet. I hate starbucks’ cold fake vibe. When I come to this local coffeeshop, I find that rare community and human aspect. That is not lost here. What Ann Bay doesn't like about Palo Alto Cafe:
Stood in line for 20 minutes hoping to order a Quick Brew... we don 't have any more quick brew, you can have an Americano or a pour over. This was an hour before closing. Suggestion to manager- post a sign or some sort of notification that a specific item is no longer available anymore so patrons don 't wast their time waiting. Not sure I 'll go back...customer service seems to be lacking. View all feedback.
Just want to give a big shout out to KEVIN for his amazing customer service. Kevin has gone above and beyond by making special edits to our food orders, always being friendly and attentive, and even helping us move one of the outdoor tables today so we could sit in the sun Because of the good food great service, my girlfriend and I have started coming here every few weeks. It’s become a go-to place for us. Highly recommend! Thank you Kevin.
