Nice little sushi place. We ordered dinner combinations consisting of beef and chicken teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura. We also ordered rollers such as spider roll and salmon roll. Everything's good, but the star was the spider. Great. The server and the cook were polite and friendly. Come back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Odori Japanese Cuisine:
Wow, the service here is really rude, especially from the young woman at the front. The tuna is stale and definitely not fresh. I visited this place before, but after my last experience, I won't be returning. View all feedback.

Recommended and will return. I had a wonderful meal here with an unagi don and a chef the choice sushi. The fish was wonderfully fresh, the rice was exactly right, and even the soy sauce was somewhat different and especially. The chili crunchy shrimp on a nitrile distracts a little from the big fish, maybe, but that was a smaller thing. In any case, ignore the type of delicate, but misleading negative reviews and give this an attempt.
Hidden jewel! Excellent quality of fish? I love the salmonashimi. I was at least a dozen times in Odori and they consistently deliver tasty roles and sashimi. I brought friends who are picky about their sushi, and they really enjoyed Odori. The people who lead Odori are friendly and attentive when you chat with them. Beautiful casual atmosphere and high quality food. Favorite Sushi Square in Palo Alto!
Ordered a shrimp stir-fried rice and a stir-fried udon on Uber eats and was looking forward to an exciting Japanese hibachi style meal. Instead I was met with a little more tepid disappointment after arriving home from picking up the order. The noodles were a little gummy and came with almost no protein which was still quite expensive for the price. Flavor was very bland and didn?t have any complexity. The shrimp fried rice was a little better but once again, flavor profile was quite limited but it did have a decent amount of smaller shrimp pieces. Overall, I would not order either of these choices again, the sushi bar looked very appetizing however so I may want to come back to try out their sushi.
It was the best sushi, nigiri and sashimi in my life. Nigiris and sashimis were the best, cucumber tuna rolls were very good but not best. The ambient was very good, clean and good service. I can feel free to definitely recommend this place. I have tried many sushi place but this is one of the bests.
