Server, sorry, don't remember her name, was terrific. Everyone in Bazille was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. My friend and I both ordered the Crab, Avocado, and Mango Salad. It was generous and very attractive, and delicious! It was served with 3 crisp slices of Baguette. I appreciated the crisp toast. I look forward to returning to Bazille for lunch. View all feedback.

I have eaten at the Palo Alto nordstroms at least 6 times in the last few months. The Asian ginger salad was always delicious. This time it was terrible I will never order it again. I should have sent it back after the first bite. I asked the waitress if there was a new chef she said no. The greens were bad, the dressing was not the same made it soggy the crispy wontons were not the same. Don't order this salad. View all feedback.

Good food, good service, good parking. They don't rush you and low noise level. Always like it here.
Lunch was delicious. Cilantro salad with grilled shrimp. Just the right amount of dressing. Service was impeccable.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Brazille. The server could have checked in more often.
Once seated, the service was inconsistent. The soup took a long time to come and then was served with the rest of the meal. The bread with the crab bisque was served even later. Took a while for us to spot our waitress so we could request our check.
