The staff was really attentive and accommodating. I asked for gluten free options and there were SO many accommodations they could make. Our entire meal was gluten free and my husband (who eats a lot of gluten) was still very happy. Great service, fantastic food! Would dine here again! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mandarin Roots:
We arrived early for our reservation and there were a handful of other patrons. We asked to be seated at a bigger table and got told it was reserved. The people who showed up to that table were a two top just like us. Was it so hard to give us extra room? There was one waiter for the entire place. The food was okay, not great! And very overpriced. And the carpet into the hallway attached to the restaurant was disgust... View all feedback.
It was Christmas so it was very busy- understandable. But I donât think the waiter ever came to check on us. With a kid itâs hard to wait over an hour for any kind of food to come to the table. I had to get up and find a waiter to ask how long, get up to ask for the check, they forgot to bring my daughters juice for a while the food was great but the service was mostly non existent. We go to this restaurant a few times a year and it is usually better- may just be how it is on a busy holiday

We ordered family style and everything came out hot and tasty! Grateful these folks are still in business.
