Usually eat at Lulu’s on the Alameda but had an errand at Town and Country and stopped by to have a Jalapeño and Cheese Burrito with Cilantro rice and Black beans and hot sauce. Surprisingly Town And Country was not crowded with Paly High School kids at noon today. Fresh Mex is how Lulu’s got famous and popular View all feedback.
What Christian Bale doesn't like about Lulu's Town Country Village:
Honestly food is ok but today's service is terrible I don't like the big guy on charge he is to rude and look to frustrated maybe he can do other job in the back kitchen just not customer service. I really like the other girls on charge are much friendly and professionals. View all feedback.

They make it all fresh every day! What doesn't sell goes to waste, but yes, their food is as fresh as it can be. I'm a big fan of the chiles rellenos, but their crispy tacos are also a huge favorite in our family. Be warned there are only a few tables outside to eat. Great for take out or delivery. The lemonade is a bit too sweet for my taste, but that is the only drawback in my opinion.
Alright, listen up! I am fuming! The staff at this place is so surly, making me think twice before ever setting foot in there again! I've never wanted to leave a review until tonight, but the folks working there were downright vulgar and unpleasant. One server dared to be openly rude when I asked for a refill. Are you kidding me? Another one dismissed me like I was nothing when I inquired about the ingredients in a dish. This management problem could be fixed in no time if they knew what they were doing! The service was atrocious! It's rude and utterly unhelpful. I bought a carnitas burrito, and let me tell you, the meat was fatty and bland. Disgusting! The small nachos with carnitas? Gross. I took one look and said it looked like vomit. Spot on, kiddo! I will NEVER be going back. What a complete waste of money! And the food? Don't get me started on the food. This is terrible Mexican food, and it's grossly overpriced for the location. I've had the mini-super burrito twice, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. Nope, both times, it was awful! The salsas are unbearably spicy and taste stale. I HATE spicy food, and this was just over the top. So, here it is: avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being treated like garbage and eating overpriced slop!
Big portion size and nice staff but the meat quality wasn’t great
