Jack In The Box - Palo Alto

The people who served me in the early morning did not want to take my order because it was supposedly closed, but the app says 24-hour service.

We like that they still have a value menu. Most items on this menu are delicious and filling. Their chicken nuggets are always served hot and crispy. Their crispy tacos have been my favorite since my junior high school days. The breakfast Jack's are also very good.

I used the drive through this morning to get breakfast hash brown, sausage croissant, and a large coffee for just under $10. The man at the window was polite and efficient, my food was ready within a minute of ordering. I know the cost has gone up to adjust for the hourly wage increase but I don't mind, these workers deserve a living wage and they really come correct with quality hot food at a fair price.

The worst service was a total failure, more than 15 minutes to be served and the worst thing was I asked for one thing and they gave me another, I paid more and they gave me a combo that cost less, horrible, I don't recommend it at all, the very rude employees

For fast food this is fine, the service is fast and the people who work there are friendly.
