Accessible, off of El Camino. My experience was ordering online. The process was smooth and when I arrived, my package was all set to go. This made it convenient, simple and and quick. What Liam K doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I ordered my food on the mobile app, but the staff took more than 20 minutes longer than the projected time. I waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes before giving up, still making me late. I was unable to get my food. View all feedback.
Staff was fast, nice and food was hot. Service was fast. I was able to seat myself quickly. Overall, I left happy and full.
A great Chipotle location; they asked for my order when I walked in and were able to bring it out earlier. Busy but not crowded. Plenty of parking spots free.

Love ordering food from Chipotle. So delicious and nutritious. It's just that they are too fast and sometimes I get nervous rushing to choose the ingredients!
We visited at 550pm on a Tuesday evening. The commercial boosts fresh ingredients and the hearing of sizzling because their food is always fresh. The food was as expected but the atmosphere was one to be improved; with limited people eating inside (most waiting for the to go orders they placed online) the tables were dirty, garbage on the floor and the condiment area a mess with no napkins, no forks and straws everywhere. To top it off we sat at the one clean table and next to us was a lady sleeping at her table. 6 people working and after we told them about the condiment area she handed us 2 forks and left the area the same. There is definitely room for improvement.
