Celia's is normally our go-to place for Mexican food when visiting family in Palo Alto. We've been going to Celia's for years, but will probably look for other options in the future. The food was mediocre at best. View all feedback.
Good food, terrible service. We would have ordered more drinks if anyone had bothered to come back and ask how we were doing. Also forgot to take off the for dinner special, but since no one comes around, hard to tell anyone, so just ate the 2 I should have saved. Will order takeout next time.

Was delicious! Will go again!! Especially loved tgve ground beef tacos!! Rice and beans delicious too!
We had a great experience for being a big group of 15 and our waitress Monica was amazing. She was super sweet, polite and take care of all of us with all our needs, adjustments and managed to do 5 separate bills which we are still very appreciated. The food was delicious, energetic ambiance, friendly staff, didn't charge a cake fee and we can't wait to go back. Thank you!
