I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. The staff was rude and visibly annoyed, rolling their eyes and raising their voices, even towards a customer who simply asked a question. One of the girls had blue hair and was quite young, while the other, an older woman, had dark hair with blue-green tips. I am truly shocked by how these employees treated everyone. One of them even shouted, "I can’t wait till 4 o'clock!" Since I work in the restaurant industry, I am familiar with both good and bad customer service, and I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I've ever had.

She refused to let us in and ignored our phone calls. This restaurant clearly needs new management, as its quality has dropped considerably over the past year.

They let us know there would be a wait, which was completely understandable. Michael was exceptionally kind and did a fantastic job. I really admire his dedication—he managed several tasks at once and helped everyone, even while handling a difficult customer who came after me. Kudos to him for his hard work!

I don't... read more I've attempted to get a sandwich from Subway three times after shopping at Food Lion, but the sidewalk in front has become a smoking area for the staff. I don't want to walk through the smoke, and it's disappointing to see employees who smell like cigarettes and seem to have poor personal hygiene. There are even half-smoked cigarettes left on the first table, probably for their next break. It makes the experience very unappetizing, which is a shame because their menu has some good options.
