The renowned potato pancakes were also fantastic! They weren’t greasy, featuring crispy edges and soft centers—I can see why the recipe has stood the test of time. The meal also included tartar sauce, coleslaw, applesauce, and bread. I highly recommend a visit to Nite Cap Inn!
