What User doesn't like about Mark's Pizzeria:
I visited Mark's after placing a $40 order for food. While our breadsticks and mozzarella sticks were ready, they seemed to have misplaced our pizza. It turned out they just forgot about it. As a result, the rest of our order just sat on the counter while we waited. It seemed like there were only a few young staff members, and there was a lack of communication among them. I was not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. When we called, we found out that half of our intended order wasn't available. Additionally, the gluten-free pizza we ordered was burnt on the bottom. As for the service, since it was takeout, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. We spent around $10–20 per person for dinner, but overall, I would give the food a 1 out of 5.
We walked in and were promptly welcomed by the staff behind the counter. The customer service was exceptional, the prices for the food were reasonable, and our order arrived quickly. We ordered two medium pizzas for four people, and they were fresh, crispy, and tasted amazing. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
