Food was way overpriced for quality. Waited hour and a half for food asked somebody to bring change for large bills. Didn’t bring change. Ended up paying twice what the food was just for everything to be ice cold. Forgot half my stuff called manager and told me next time to order from somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Way overpriced. Would give zero stars if possible View all feedback.
Great food. All star staff. Deliveries are always on time and food is always delicious.
Terrible customer service. Ordered from the Palmyra location last night because we thought the new Mukwonago location might be very busy. I ordered 2 dinners, 2 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. My husband went to pick up the order. One dinner was missing, so he walked back in and said one was missing. The person working there said he was the one who took the order and I did not order any ravioli dinner. Yes, I did. Instead of saying Oh, I must not have heard her or sorry, I misunderstood , what my husband got was YOU screwed up. After all that, the pizzas were only OK, the spaghetti dinner had very watery sauce, and the garlic breads were cold and soggy, with hardly any seasoning flavor, made with sandwich rolls. Sorry, will never order from Genoa again.
This is their “Buffalo chicken pizza”The cheese is absolutely disgusting and they for sure use can chicken. I’ve never been the one to complain but this is absolutely disgusting.
My daughter ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the cheese was curdled on the pizza and canned chicken was used. The pizza was over $20 and they called to complain n got yelled at and told there was nothing they could do. So I called and got hung up on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!!! Shameful and disgusting!
Been ordering here for years. Goo pizza, reasonable prices, great delivery. No complaints here!!
