Burger King - PALMYRA

The food was enjoyable, but the staff was somewhat intrusive. The prices for their specialty dishes could be more budget-friendly for the average customer.

I am happy to report that this restaurant now has courteous and considerate staff. The young men working there are very respectful. I have been a customer here for many years. The food tastes even better than I can remember, and all of the items I ordered were served hot, indicating they are fresh. I hope the high quality and service will continue in the future.

I received a complimentary helicopter ride for completing the survey. We ordered 4 burgers, 4 sodas, and 4 fries. Our bill would have been $27 without the survey discount. Such a silly promotion. They no longer offer 2 for $5 burgers.

The menu board does not match current actions. the soda machine needs to be cleaned and operated. soda shouldn't taste like that. the lines need to be cleaned before it makes someone sick, and only limited aromen, and none of my hepper had come, even though I asked. and bathroom floors are visible dirty and slippery.

Food was cold. 15 min wait in line at drive thru. Wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, but was told they were frozen.
