Never been able to order! Moving in 3 stations think it doesn't work. I came down and spoke to a lady with blond hair and glasses and she told me that she would take my order right away, waited another 15 minutes and nothing! Wors service per

I called to the restaurant after seeing that the large order of onion rings were not in my order. When calling for the 3rd time because they did not answer the first two times I called before a young girl answered and asked me what was my problem. She did not answer properly and yet did not ask in a kind manner. I told her about the missing onion rings and she asked for my name. I constantly asked her for her name and she denied on giving it to me. She then put me on hold and hanged up on me. I called again and no answer. This is no way a person should treat a customer and poorly customer service is always given at this location.

A basic Stars right off the highway on the frontage road taking a star off because their OPEN sign wasn't on, so I had to drive around twice to make sure they were open.
