I ordered food online at 8:40 pm, paid with my credit card, and arrived at 8:50 to find the restaurant closed with the lights on and no one in sight. I tried calling multiple times but received no answer, even though the posted hours were until 9 pm. I ordered food online at 8:40 pm, paid with my credit card, and arrived at 8:50 to find the restaurant closed with the lights on and no one in sight. I tried calling multiple times but received no answer, even though the posted hours were until 9 pm. The next day, I called multiple times and finally spoke to the manager at 10:15, who informed me that they closed early due to a lack of staff. She also stated that she couldn't help with the charges for the sandwiches I never received, telling me to take it up with my bank. This is my second complaint to Subway and I haven't heard back from anyone.
The manager, Janeika, was unfriendly and unhelpful. As seniors, we had difficulty reading the small print on the menu displayed on the wall. When we asked for assistance, nobody seemed willing to help. We have no intentions of returning to this restaurant.
