Sir Pizza - Palmetto Bay

Both the pizza and the service here are really good. Adrian was a very polite cashier when I asked for a recommendation, he helped me get a pizza and I loved it! The pizza was so good. I would definitely go back there.

I have seen from this Sir pizza many times my colleague's order, and they always say how great it is. Not to mention, the pizza looked delicious. I ordered from here last night and was very disappointed. The cheeky garlic bread was hard and stale as completely hard. I didn't eat any bread. We also ordered Mozzarella sticks and a big pizza. Both did not test very fresh and the cheese looked and tasted very poor quality. I never had real reviews, but unfortunately, if I contacted a business in the past, they never credited you anything. My husband and I will usually kill a whole pizza and cheese bread. Had to throw away most of the pizza, all garlic bread and half the cheese bread.

We've been ordered and loved by this place for years! Lately we call and get very rude customer service. I'm afraid to fear that the man who gives answers will be rude. For example, on our order today, I gave him my card number, he said it didn't go through. I gave it back to him and he says 45 minutes? I wonder if he went through this time with a very rude sound? 45 minutes? This is happening every time

I've been coming to this place for over three years, but this will be my last visit. Last year they hired an EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. The pizza is not worth his attitude.
