Cuban Guys Restaurants Miramar

Really like the pan con bifsteak. The house made potato sticks/julienne/sticks are delicious waaaay better than the stuff from a can usually used. The rice the black beans were very good and the maduros were cut into smaller pieces the one usually find. The interior is clean but minimalist. The only draw back is ordering ahead is poor English skills and my minimal Spanish. But it's always gotten worked out and my order has always been correct. I've been back several times and it has been consistent.

I ordered the vaca frita bowl for pick-up. The meat was completely dehydrated and overcooked. I hurt my mouth pretty bad when tasting the vaca frita. I only had about 1-2 tiny strips that were edible. This has been the issue with this location for about a year now. I used to love eating here. On a happy note, the fritas here are always good with some cheese and onions.

The fries that are served with the breakfast are the best I've ever tried and when you order the eggs with bacon don't think two strips of bacon they serve way more than

Good Cuban fast food. But not like mama use to make.

The menue is very limited. It appears that sandwiches are their specialty, so I went with a chicken sandwich. I think that in between the potato sticks and mayo there might have been a thin slice of fried chicken. The best I can say is that it was edible but still left me hungry. Immediately went across to Publix for a turkey hero.
