If you're looking for delicious, authentic Jamaican Caribbean food in South Miami, Island Grill 184, also known as Caribbean Deli-Mart, is a must-visit. I've sampled most of their dishes, and my favorites include the Stew Peas and Rice, Curry Shrimps, Ackee and Salt Fish, and Cow Foot. The Bread Pudding is absolutely amazing.
