It took 40 minutes to get 2 burgers, they use coleslaw and the patties were deep fried, not grilled or cooked on hot plate. Poor quality and very long wait. Cash only, No EFTPOS. View all feedback.

My local now for 5yrs, don 't go ANYWHERE else for my families Fish 'n Chip night, great customer service, good dinner deals, delicious Chinese Meals and I know for a fact that their Fish is ALWAYS fresh.
Raised in Takaro (Brighton Crescent). It was great to go there as a child. Chan (the then owner) was a big man.
Words cannot express how good these chips are. If I was a potato this is how I would want to end. The till used to be cash only, but now has EFTPOS and Paywave. The prices are going up (just like everywhere else) which is a bit sad, but the frier food is good. The bami goreng isn't to my taste – not enough chilli, made with curry powder instead, and the {broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot} is soft like it was pre-steamed to mush.. but that might be how you like it? I hear a lot of Kiwis do. Friendly efficient service from these hardworking folks; an honest, no-frills fish'n'chip. Always there when I need them!
