Saigon Palmerston North. Fresh lovely food. For entree we had the platter. The wontons were particularly lovely. For the mains we had the lamb shank and the crispy chicken vietnamese salad delightful and fresh. We even tried some cocktails (fluffy duck and pina colada) and they were yummy too. What Karen Adams doesn't like about Saigon Restaurant Bar:
The food used to be great and we have supported them since they were a food truck, then Princess St but unfortunately the 3 mains and 2 entrees were bland, lacking in anything remotely vietnamese and no condiments. Mains were $28-30 and quite frankly were worth half that. Will not be going again. Very underwhelming. No tap beer available in Tiger and Saigon lager. Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Firstly great service, the waiter was very pleasant and informative. The food was fantastic and there were no complaints from me. A great drink selection as well. Will definitely be back.
