Restaurant was clean and tidy, service was quick as you should expect at a Hungry jacks. I do think the menu could be shown better, but this is generally the case in all Hungry jack's. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hungry Jack's:
Ordered Frappe through Drive Thru & given a sundae. Spoke to Mgr & told they don't have Frappe & adamant about it. Yet I was given a chocolate frappe yesterday & even given 3 choices. May I suggest for HJ's to get their facts & act together. I know we don't have much choices in take away in Darwin but we pay a lot for everything. So some quality & customer service wouldn't hurt.... If not too much ask for...? View all feedback.
Service was friendly, fast and efficient, and we enjoyed our meal which was hot and tasty. Otherwise just your usual fast food outlet.
Fast and efficient when not on a weekend and the food is usually hot and fresh. But they need to get their act together with the ice cream machine lolz

The customer service is always at 100% especially when compared to kfc or McDonald's in darwin. NOTHING and I mean nothing has ever been forgotten every time I've visited. The managers even double check the meals before they go out which is a major bonus. I've been visiting different stores since January and hungry jacks slays it
Courteous staff. Prompt service. Food appears fresh and orders are commonly filled without error. Clean restaurant.
