That was the best experience I've ever had at a subway! I hadn't been back since my last visit two years ago, which wasn't great due to a staff member who seemed overwhelmed. What Sam Sullivan doesn't like about Subway:
If you want the answer no. Go here. Do you have Italian herbs and cheese bread? No. Can I get my sandwich toasted? No, machine is broken. Ok, since the bread I want is not here and the temp that is not conventionally offered can you toss on some guacamole? No. Ok for the kids meal, instead of the Tropicana lemonade that no kid likes, can I get her a fountain lemonade? No. I understand things go wrong but you need to... View all feedback.

Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
During my visit for sandwiches, I wanted to purchase a gift card (a reloadable, non-expiring card) but noticed a sign indicating that these gift cards were no longer accepted. I asked Matt, the supervisor, if my card was still valid, and he assured me it was. We proceeded to order our sandwiches, but when we got to the register, my card was rejected. Matt then said, "Oh yes, they're not good now." I was confused and asked why he had told us it was valid if it wasn't. His response was, "I don’t know, and now that I’m off the clock, I can’t help you." The sandwich maker, however, was very nice and apologetic, which is why I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 0. Subway in Palmer really needs to improve their customer service and find a manager or supervisor who genuinely cares about their customers.
I visited Subway today to purchase three meals. My son ordered his sandwich first, and they began making it. When I tried to order a children's meal for my daughter, specifically a black forest ham sandwich without pepperoni, I was told that they cannot customize the children's sandwiches. I was willing to pay extra for the addition of peppers. However, when I asked about ordering a regular sandwich instead, I found out that I could customize it as I pleased—adding or removing ingredients and meats without any issues. Frustrated, I ended up buying a sandwich for myself instead of getting all three meals as planned. I believe Subway should reconsider their policy and allow for customization on children's sandwiches for an additional fee, just like they do with other sandwiches. I might as well go to McDonald's instead and spend my money there!
I showed up and it was nice and clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful I was blessed to have a worker with the name chadwick to help me with my sandwich and it was very tasty 10/10 would eat here again great experience my last underground experience was not the best and the workers were not the nicest granted it in my old rhode island, but glad that I found this
I always enjoy a nice Sub every now and again. This place had a good atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. So not much different from other Subways.
