I asked... read more During my visit for sandwiches, I was going to use a gift card (a reloadable/non-expiring card) saw a sign that said gift cards aren?t accepted anymore. I asked if mine was still good. Matt the supervisor said yes, and we proceeded to order sandwiches.Get to the register, card is declined and Matt then says ?oh yeah, those are no good now? and after I asked him why he wouldn?ttake it after he just told us that it was fine?his response was ?I don?t know and I?m off the clock now so I can?t help you.? Worst possible customer service by a supervisor. The sandwich maker was very nice and apologetic, that?s why I left 2 starsinstead of 0. Subway in Palmer needs to step up their customer service skills and get a manager or supervisor that actuallycares.

I then wanted to order my daughter a kids meal, black forest ham... read more Came to Subway today to get three meals. My son ordered the bus first and they began making it. I then wanted to order my daughter a kids meal, black forest ham but add pepperoni. I was informed that they cannot add anything to the kids sandwich. Iwould happily pay extra money for the pepperoni. In fact any other sandwich that they sell besides kids sandwiches I can doabsolutely anything I want to- add meats, take away meats pay extra etc. so instead I only bought one sandwich where I was goingto order three meals so perhaps subway should change their dumb policy and allow you to alter a kid sandwich even at an extracost, like the rest of the sandwiches?. I am now in line at McDonald?s giving them my money.
