Sicily's Pizza Palmer

First time getting delivery tonight and the delivery time was good! I was pretty bummed about the stuffed crust! It was pretty terrible and not very cheesy at all. The rest of the pizza was great though. The online ordering made it really easy to make the perfect custom pizza for kids. Salad was a good size for the price! I used a text coupon which was pretty rad. Will order again but not get the stuffed crust!

Stay Far away!!!! This company is hands down the worst in Alaska. If they make a mistake do they fix it.... no. Do they make the same mistakes over and over again.... yes. The call center could care less about your complaints and even go so far as to out right lie to you. We are not authorized to give refunds for a pizza that was never delivered?!? Do Not Order Food From Shitzaly 's Pizza. They are literally dirty, have no shits to give, and have been that way for years. Why the hell I ever kept ordering is my stupidity. Don 't be stupid like me. Order from any place but here.

I placed an order online and about an hour and a half later decided to call and check in because the food hadn't been delivered. I was told the driver was almost there. Great! Another hour later, nothing. I called again and was told the driver had called me. I checked and I had no missed calls and no one had knocked on my door. I was in my living room so I would have heard them. They were closing in 15 min after this ordeal, so of course no food for me. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and 20 mins. I called them and they said it was on its way. Does it normally take this long I asked? She called the driver and then she claims that my order came thru empty . If that 's true why was my bank account charged the exact amount for what I ordered? Creeps! Don 't waste your time with them. This has happened to me 3x with different excuses each time.

Worst pizza in Alaska. Always greasy, and disgusting. I always feel so sick after eating this pizza, and they take forever with delivery. Definitely do not recommend this. You get what you pay for.
