What Richard Ford dislikes about Shell:
Nasty parking lot. They are ALWAYS out of diesel and I waste a large sum of fuel getting on and off the freeway to check. God forbid they put some bags over the diesel pumps View all feedback.

Friendly service
Good snack varieties but holy moly these pumps are SLOW!!!
Dirty bathrooms, out of toilet paper in the woman's and it was difficult to let someone know. The Shell employee said it was the responsibility of sonic and sonic employees didn't even acknowledge me.
Very good food
The gas station attendants, or maybe owners, I'm not sure, were very friendly and helpful when we broke down there and had to wait for help to come. The place is clean, Sonic food for dinner was good and they have really good coffee, especially for a gas station. Easy access from the highway too.
