What Marc Adamus doesn't like about Alaska's Best Phillys:
If these are the best Philly cheesesteaks in Alaska, they must be the only ones. The sandwich was very disappointing - mostly bread with very little meat. It was the opposite of what a Philly cheesesteak should be. None of us in my group wanted to eat the huge, dry roll with only a tiny bit of meat and cheese on it. A Philly cheesesteak is supposed to be big, messy, and cheesy. View all feedback.
The food was excellent, but the customer service was not so much. we sat at 12:00 o'clock our orders at 12:05 o'clock. our job was small and it wasn't busy at all. with 12:35 our food was not yet done, what came after us, they got them. So we asked what the deal is and they said it will be another 15-20 minutes. Wait 50 minutes for three Chessesteaks? it was not at all busy and as mentioned people who come after us go their meal before we did. I'm sure our order has never been turned on. a discount would have been nice, but no!
This is proof to show you don't judge a book by its cover!!! This was by far the best Philly cheesesteak I have ever had!!! So clean and so good!!
I wanted to try this place for a past, and we had to stop it! the customer service and the food were great. we were helped by the owners sohn, omar and their other associated, alex. I was amazed how clean the place was and what a friendly atmosphere we ordered togo. we have a classic circus with fries, a mac n cheese philly with tweebel rings and a dessert-flan. the Tzatziki sauce in the kreisel was fluffy, so I think they could make it with acid, I am not quite sure, but it was really good! as mentioned, we also ordered the mac n käsephilly. I wanted to caramelize the tip of my phillie, so when I came home, I was in the air frit ca. 350 for 6 minutes and it was absolutely perfect. the woofer rings were baked and also quite good. I really like the type of tweepering rings that are immersed in batteries, then fried, but these were just good for my tweeper ring hankering I had never flan, so I didn't know what to expect. it was light and airy and tasted like vanilla and caramel. it was a nice tasty bite to finish the meal! thank you! we will definitely go back to try more dinge from the menu
Our food was amazing, but the service, I never had better! my little child and I came to an early dinner here and we were immediately greeted by a beautiful young man with water, menus and a few French to keep my little man occupied while I was out of the menu. it felt like a family business and we were immediately part of their family. I love our Palmer community, and this will be my new one!
Every time I was here, it's phenomenal. the service is great! everyone is so nice! very clean, so amazing eat! really 100% the best phillys!
