My husband and I go here all the time and we've never had a bad experience. The food reminds me of my childhood and never lacks flavor. I think Mike has been our server every time we've gone, and he's always so personable and makes us feel at home. La Rosa's is my happy place and we'll always go backVegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are limited (I've only ever seen 3 vegetarian options) but they are all delicious... View all feedback.
What Sondra Waltenbaugh doesn't like about La Rosa Southwestern Dining:
The food was sub standard. Fruit was brown, potatoes were sliced way to thin and undercooked, eggs overcooked, pork green chili had no substance, bland and very little pork, we were only allowed one small bowl of guacamole to share as they didn't make enough and limited on champagne to make mimosas. To top it off we all had stomach issues afterwards. Definitely not a good experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Good thi... View all feedback.
Just did chips/salsa and drinks but it was a nice afternoon stop.
Always wonderful food, not your typical Mexican food. And Mike's great service too!

My favorite is the chile rellenos which they do unfortunately run out quite often.
We love this place! The staff are always kind and on top of things. Service is quick. The best part though is the food! We have tried many different dishes and there isn't a bad one on the menu.
Best food in monument and Palmer Lake. Nobody can touch their green and red chili. If you guys are trying other places in town like Arlene’s Beans..don’t.
