I'm surprised to see that there is not many reviewa for this place. it's one of the oldest places in the mall and deserves to have some spotline shined on it. This place has quality products and I absolutely loved their theme. Their showcase has always been nostalgic and their cookies are amazing. To me Mrs. Fields is nostalgic and should be tried atleast once View all feedback.
The person that answered the phone was very helpful and informative. She deserves 5 stars. The product is a bit pricey for me and that deserves a 3 star. Average 4 stars.

I ordered this cute grinch cake for the holidays and I was so excited upon receiving it. It was exactly what I wanted!! Good prices, amazing customer service, and adorable tasty cookies ????
Ordered this adorable frog cookie and was completely satisfied. The workers are respectful and talented in what they do, and the management is great. Always happy to come here!
Not only do they look beautiful they taste great! They are a bit pricey depending on what you get but the designs are cute and the workers are nice!
