Sunday evening at 5:53 and dining room is closed. All doors are locked and no reason given. Customers have eaten in the dining room, but no one was allowed to order. View all feedback.
I appreciate the El Pollo Loco on Rancho Vista in Palmdale. We visited there on a weekend and needed a really big meal to take to a family's house, and very quickly. El Pollo Loco was happy to oblige us, and provided us with 2 of their larger meal deals, at terrific prices. We were able to feed a lot of people because of the amount of food El Pollo Loco provided, and they did it very quickly. After the 10 minute drive to the house, the food was still piping hot. Everybody loved the food too. It made for a very nice Sunday afternoon! Thank You El Pollo Loco!

Great food and service, but the missing star is for not having ustensiles and napkins in the bag that I picked up. In these times they should be more careful checking if the order is complete.
The chicken nachos were spectacular. Service is friendly as well. Great customer service
My chicken was completely uncooked in the middle absolutely disgusting ??!! I mean come on someone packed my food and really didn't notice all this blood!!!Please check your food before taking it home or better yet don't even bother coming to eat here.
