I've been coming to this place since they opened a couple of years ago. Yes, many of the criticisms they have are about the problems to assist the people they had in the past: the times during the peak hours of Saturday/dome was very long sometimes, minutes waiting to be served at the table, but it was to wait when they have the place full and only the people to attend, serve, cook and load / give bread. luckily, these problems have been solved almost completely. In recent months I do not remember any occasion when I had to wait for them to attend me, even though they have the full premises (the number of employees have increased during peak hours and weekends, which is to thank). the deal on the part of the waitress is very good, always treating people well, smiling and sympathetic. a good deal for everyone, very respectful of people. regular or permanent customers receive a fairly personal treatment, knowing the drops of several of them. coffee seems pretty good to me, bakery products in general are of quite quality and have been changing and turning the products they offer. the bread they offer seems to me of quality (compromise one of the bars on the morning of Monday, and on Tuesday night you can eat and this one stays fresh, and you can roast a Wednesday morning for breakfast). Although of course, that quality has an impact on the price, one of the sticks that can be found in the local. prices are slightly higher than other locals in the bread and pastry area. Compared to its most direct competitor, the ferriol fort at meters, we can see that the bars are more expensive, the bollery offer in comparison is more limited, and the prices are a little higher. but that said before, that price difference is shown in quality (best bread, better quality / weight greater). For example, a palm of the ferriol note canvas as if you were eating a thin layer of sugar, spraying in pieces every time you give it a bite, you end up having to smell your fingers to collect all the crumbs in which the palm tree has cast off. On the contrary, in the same bread the palm leaf is quite thick, being able to eat it quietly with fork and knife) in conclusion. In the neighborhood, it is very important to note that one of the locals would say that I would prefer to have a coffee and eat something to satisfy the goanito of the stomach.
