I was surprised to see just a 3 and a half star rating for this lovely little restaurant. I have been here many times and always the food is fresh and delicious and the service is fantastic. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful and the owner is a lovely man. We live in the north east of mallorca but we always choose to go here when we go to Palma. What User doesn't like about Gelateria Michelangelo:
We were looking for a quick site to order pizzas to carry, the valuation I put it normal because the pizzas were rich, but the size was considerably lower than the standard size. Nor did the atmosphere, especially by the staff, come as a waitress arrived from a client because they asked him that it was a vegetable ****, unfortunately, if they asked me where to eat in the palm of mallorca, I would not name this place. Located very close to the Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca. Although it is a place not highly rated on Tripadvisor, we ate tasty Italian dishes. The service was fast. Still, prices are quite high, probably due to the location situated in the navel of the fair.

I’d would rather pay a fair price for fresh home cooked food than pay over the top at a fancy restaurant and tasty homemade food is what you get! I wish you all a Happy New Year my friends at Michelangelo and look forward to seeing you soon
This is a reasonable restaurant and the food was nice. 8 of us ate here for a girls night and the wine was lovely. The food was ok. Ignore the typos in the menu they’re a bit funny!
Tried to sit down for a drink but waitress was extremely rude, wagging her finger at us shouting across the square that they were closed. Manners don’t cost anything and a friendly exchange explaining that the place was closed was the easy and polite option. No wonder all the surrounding bars and restaurants are more popular.
We were in Palma for 4 days went to this restaurant twice. The pizzas were delicious as were the salads … particularly nice mozzarella tomato salad. Nice house wine too… fortunately we didn’t read any reviews before we went as we might have been influenced by them that would have been a shame.
