We were in Palm Springs on the way to Indisn Welks tennis tournament. My husband and I were invited by the owner to try their food. For dinner we ordered Schnitzels , one chicken and one pork. They were delicious and tender. Big portions, like we used having in Germany. We were so glad we had chosen this restaurant. We came back next morning fir breakfast. It was also great. We stopped here on Thursday night. My brother had a shrimp cocktail with warm shrimp, I had the beet salad with argula and feta. The ingredients were all fresh and seemed ok. But for the dressing it seemed they just drizzled quite a bit of olive oil. So I asked for a little vinegar, one waitress said no problem she 'd bring some red wine vinegar.
