Margaritaville Resort - Palm Springs

The food was tasty, however, I was disappointed to find out that breakfast was only available until 11 am, which was not mentioned when I made a reservation for that time. The service from the hostess was poor - she was impolite and unwelcoming when we arrived for our reservation. Despite this rough beginning, our server was kind and attentive once we were seated. In general, the experience was decent, but the lack of hospitality from the hostess set a negative tone for our visit.

The food was good, but at my reservation there was no information that the breakfast was only until 11, which was a little disappointing. our reservation was around 11, if I had made another deal, I would have known. the host service was terrible. I came to make with a reservation that I made a month ago and the host was rude, not smile, welcome or welcome. She said very seriously that she was with us, then she turned her back to us when she had put the phone on. when I checked in, I mentioned my reservation and she said it wasn't there. she acted as if this was an inconvenience to put us, although I had placed a confirmation number for the reservation a month ago. once sitting, the service was great. our server was friendly, sweet and patient as we waited for our last part of the party. overall it was a good experience, but since the host is the first contact point, she really had me nervous for the experience. she was incredibly rude and has not tried to make us welcome.

No heating in restaurant. bizarre, so we left. we are freezing
