I had heard that they had the best burgers in Palm Springs so I was very disappointed when I discovered they were just two patties put together and when I asked for medium rare they were medium well. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about High:
Views were ok, but not as spectacular as described when we booked. Most fans didn't work and there were 100 degrees at 18:30. Waitress was as accommodating as she could be as 5 stars for her View all feedback.
The views were decent, but not as breathtaking as we were led to believe when making our reservation. Most of the fans were not functioning, and it was 100 degrees at 6:30 PM. However, the waitress did her best to accommodate us, so I give her 5 stars.
The menu did not match what was advertised online. There were very few options available, and no hot food could be found. The tables were unstable, and the chairs were hard to move.
The restaurant is lacking in staff, has a limited menu, and I don't think I'll be coming back.
The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the drinks were outstanding, the weather was perfect, and the view of downtown Palm Springs was absolutely breathtaking.
We had a very attentive server who too very good care of us. He brought us extra items quickly and asked often about our food and drinks. Everyone was pleased with their meals except I thought my chopped salad could have had more flavor. Thanks again and it’s lovely dining up on the roof.
