Normally, I love Del Taco French fries. This location, however, undercooks them EVERY TIME. I once sent them back and I always think about ordering them properly cooked, but who wants to deal with that EVERY TIME?Del Taco is probably my favorite fast food chain but this location, the closest to my work, has lost me. Higher management here is really incompetent at their job. Immature individuals who retaliate against their employees when called out for their wrongdoings.
This Del Taco has very friendly and efficient employees. I've never been inside, so can't comment on atmosphere. I mean, it's a Del Taco, how much atmosphere can one be expecting.
