Contribute FeedbackCopley's is a popular restaurant that offers a mixed experience to diners. While the setting may need some improvements, especially outside, the interior is quite charming. The food receives mixed reviews, with some finding it just average while others rave about certain dishes. The prices can be quite high for what is offered, and some found the portion sizes to be lacking. However, the service at Copley's is consistently highlighted as exceptional, with staff members like Eric, Jaime, and Scott going above and beyond to provide a great dining experience. Overall, Copley's is a beautiful restaurant with potential, especially for those looking for a romantic setting with good food and excellent service.
Wonderful service, delicious food and perfect ambiance
Once again Copley's stands out as the best restaurant in Palm Springs. Shannon, the Maitre D, greets everyone with warmth and good cheer and is helpful when suggesting a table. The atmosphere is romantic and peaceful, the patio misting system comfortably takes the edge off the heat, and the food superb. The specials on this particular evening were outstanding: seafood fettuccine was not a pasta dish with added fish... but an extraordinary melange of four seafood elements — lobster, swordfish, mussels, shrimp — served on a bed of pasta. Exquisite. Chocolate soufflé topped the meal, served by Gracie, arguably the best Waitperson in Palm Springs, bar none.
Copley’s has become my favorite Palm Springs restaurant. Food is outstanding both in taste and presentation. The Scottish salmon is simply delicious. The beet salad was outstanding with various colored beets with a tasty dressing. Our waiter was engaging and quite funny. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. If you are lookin for an restaurant for a special occasion Copley’s would the place to dine.
Just outstanding, every time. The food is adventurous while being comfort food, the drinks are really tasty, the staff and the service are quick, polite, attentive. The deserts are always fresh and engaging. They will keep you cool even when it's hot out with the misters and the shade. Alas they close for a time in the summer so don't wait too long.
Need a better setting, there was no music and you could hear cars from the street racing. The place needs a facelift outside. The inside is really cute. Nothing special if you are celebrating an occasion, was told you can order something on the dessert menu and they will put a candle in it. The food was hyped up but was just average. Bread Butter is $10.
