Absolutely wonderful brote, salad, special bakery! this place is a local gem and not to miss. aspen mills bakery and brot company sets carefree and love in everything they bake. the owner as well as all the employees are always so friendly, and every sandwich and salat I ordered here was excellent and high quality. I give aspen mills bakery five stars.

There are so many great options at this restaurant! The sandwiches are fantastic, especially the prime cut (even better with a dip in 1000 island dressing). The cookies are large and delicious, particularly the oatmeal raisin and peanut butter. The soup selection is also delicious, with options like pumpkin chocolate chip. Both the Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage locations are excellent.

Excellent quality and creative fresh sandwiches. bread and baked goods. the sandwiches vary slightly from the menu and yet the substitutions are not allowed? in any case. friendly, but quite attentive service.

The sweet young lady at the register, was fantastic! I forgot my mask in the car and she offered me one. The cranberry bread and customer service is stellar ?

Great place for a stop for a sandwich and or a pastry and a coffee. Fresh bread to take home and the staff was wonderful. Thanks!
