Had a fantastic meal here. I ordered ribeye, but the market fish (Mexican Grouper) was also ordered by others. Great service and good views at the top of the hotel. View all feedback.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the ambience was wonderful, especially with the city lights in the background. I highly recommend the aged Ribeye; it was delicious. The cocktails were a great way to kick off our meal, and the appetizers were fun to share. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience!
While we were there, I overheard him telling another staff member to get rid of some guests who went to the balcony to take sunset photos. The balcony was nearly empty, with just us and one other table, and the interior was quite sparse as well for a Friday night. The views were lovely, but because of our server’s poor attitude, I’m unsure if we’ll return anytime soon. We dine out often at various restaurants and have never experienced such a bizarre encounter with a server. Perhaps if the staff were friendlier, the restaurant would attract more guests.

An anniversary dinner. Our server (Tom) was professional and excellent. He gave great insights into the menu and he had excellent timing. The other waiting staff was very attentive, professional and subtle in their service. All dishes were served in order and on time and never rushed. The quality of each record was high and the creativity was also high. Presentation was excellent and in-line with an upper end white table cloth restaurant. Music and ambience were hip and cool. The place has a great mood and the experience is highly recommended if you have a reason to go for something special while in PS. Will return without hesitation.
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time. My wife and I are from New Orleans and we were meeting some friends who have moved to California. 4 Saints made the reunion truly memorable. 1. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Kimpton. It offers breath taking view of the mountainous-desert skyline. The ambience is cool and inviting...They type of place that when you walk you know it is going to be a good night. 2. The wait-staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our head waiter provided a thorough explanation of each special including where ingredients were sourced and what drink pairing would work best with our main courses. 3. The dishes that were served were so thoughtful and most important delicious. Each dish had serious depth often weaving together interesting flavor profiles. I recommend ordering the Marsh Hen Mill Cornbread, the grilled broccoli, the roasted beets, the Ribeye, and Adobo Cauliflower. Once the small plates came out the conversation turned to the dishes and we really did not stop talking about the food until the dessert was served. It was such a treat being here and I will definitely return on my next visit Palm Springs. Thanks chef for a great evening!
