Mr. Shrimp - Palm Springs

This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I absolutely love it. The freshness of the food is definitely worth trying and everything is made to order. You will not be disappointed. I give it 10 thumbs up!

I used to enjoy dining at Mr. Shrimp, but I won't be returning. I tried to order online as usual, but the system wasn't working. When I called to place an order, they told me to order online or come in person. When I arrived, I ordered the family boil like I always do. However, when I received my food, rice was missing, and there were fewer crab clusters than expected. The employee explained that their website menu was incorrect. Additionally, I was missing mussels, and the corn and potatoes were not up to par. The employee offered to have the manager contact me, but I was too far away to drive back. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Craving the flavors of New Orleans but in Palm Springs, FL? Look no further! I had been eager to try this restaurant for a while, so today I finally got the chance. Upon arrival, I immediately checked out the bathroom in the back, which was clean and well-stocked. Back at the front counter, I was warmly greeted by Veronica, who had a friendly smile. She quickly realized it was my first time there and took the opportunity to explain the menu in detail. After considering my options, I decided on the Shrimp Bayou Bowl, their homemade lemon aid, and a side of beignets. The food was made fresh to order and arrived in just 10 minutes. The presentation was impressive and everything tasted and looked fresh. The Bayou Bowl had a bit of a kick to it, so if you prefer something milder, I suggest trying the Palm Beach Bowl. The beignets brought back memories of my childhood visits to Cafe Du Monde in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA.

Amazing experience and delicious food! Veronica and Weston were nothing short of superb! Don?t let the small store front fool you, there are places to sit and enjoy your meal inside the restaurant. Clean establishment, well run kitchen with greatcommunication and phenomenal food served with a smile! Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and visit Mr shrimp in Palm Springs. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food was amazing ? everything we tasted was fire ! Absolutely the best seafood we?ve had while in Florida. Highly recommend!
