Menchie's - Palm Harbor

Absolutely amazing customer service! Trisha the owner made us an awesome cake with last minute notice after I went to a million different places only to be turned down trying to get a minecraft cake for my sons 6th birthday. She came in early just to have it ready and I was blown away how courteous she was! Not to mention it was delicious! My son loved it and even this morning said mom thanks so much for getting me that minecraft cake. It meant a lot! We will be back anytime we are in need of custom/beautiful cakes :

This is a good place for froyo.. They have some bad flavors but over all they are tasty. I wish they had more flavors. The one near me is pretty small. Prices seem to be reasonable.. You should take advantage of coupons with their app.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake online, got my conformation email and was charged for it. Three days later when I went to puck it up and to mu surprise, they had no idea of any online order from me. i got a pre-made cake instead, bit it was a real disappointment. It was my first time on this branch, so I can’t comment on anything else right now. UPDATE I was contacted by the manager who explained they had a software issue that was completely handled. He was very kind and offered to compensate us for the situation. At the end, customer service is the most important thing for a business and they hace a pretty good one!

I went to menchies for the first time and was greeted by the SWEETEST worker named Nadine. She was so friendly and kind and helped me personally how the store works and how to get the froyo which was delicious that Nadine helped picked out!!! I can’t wait to go back in, employees like her make such a difference in a store and she made my experience a 10/10!!! Give that girl a raise!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only are their yogurt and toppings top-notch, but the cleanliness of the establishment is noteworthy. Everything is spotless, and all the toppings are fresh—not a stale item in sight. My daughters absolutely love going there, and we'll be visiting every week—unless my waistline has a say in it, haha! Treat yourself and check out Menchie's for the best frozen yogurt around!
