Jimmy John's - Palm Harbor

Old guy that works here, worst overcharged with an attitude to serve. Lost me as a customer now. Bad for brand and this location is accident prone cause location is impossible to get in out of.

I grew up where the original Jimmy John's first opened so not only is JJ's nostalgic, it also comes with sometimes unreasonably high expectations. This Jimmy John's had very friendly employees- everyone was in a good mood and busy, I had fresh bread on a well-made sandwich (Italian Nightclub), and the place was SO clean! We were going to get our sandwiches to go, but decided to stay and eat our food at the clean table while chatting, relaxing, and listening to the staff enjoy their job and each other. Robert has been my lunchtime delivery man for quite some time and he is the best! Jimmy Johns always brings me fresh, quality food. They have been so amazing about the speed they get my orders to me. Robert helped me get my app set up to get rewards because I am a big JJ fan. I am absolutely blown away with this location in particular.

Vegetarian options: It is possible to make a sub vegetarian by omitting meat and cheese.

Got a Sandwich meal and went i got home there was a man’s facial hair in sandwich. Called to bring Sandwich with hair in it back for my refund because obviously I don’t want another. And I was told because I paid cash they will not do refund? So now I have to go back out and pay for another meal else where plus be out of my money? What a huge inconvenience. Will never go back.
