What Stephanie Arden doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
Horrible customer service! I ordered an ice coffee with ice on the side so it doesn?t get watered down and these people filled the coffee up to 1/3 the cup and told me that?s all they could give me. AFTER I PAID NEARLY 5 dollars for it! I?m todays day and age it seems Einsteins is taking the cake for RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! won?t be back. You?ve lost my respect.
