What MJ R doesn't like about Dunkin':
This restaurant has been struggling for years. The staff seems untrained, and there's a constant turnover. Recently, it's become quite inconvenient. Even when there's no line, you still find yourself waiting indefinitely. They input orders, but then the kitchen claims they have no orders to fulfill. It's incredibly frustrating. This dunkin is usually good. The new older lady they hired has a pretty bad attitude. Also not hard to put in the right order. Asked for a different coffee because they put regular milk. Got the second coffee, no sweetener. Just walked out. Irritated Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Constant change in staff. Some are better than others. Have stopped going since they have made butter pecan or any Of the new swirls unavailable for mobile orders. It’s available if you go wait in line inside. Got no time for that.
