I've been to this place many times, over the years. Generally, I've had good food and a nice experience. I previously left a good review with four stars. But, my food the last two times has been terrible. Today I ordered a chef salad to go, and when I got home, I discovered that the hard-boiled egg included in my salad, was still in the shell. I also noticed that the roast beef looks like Fifty Shades of grey, and smelled rancid. I decided to go to the trouble of returning it, and ask for a refund, which I don't think I've ever done in my life. I wouldn't even be writing this review, had the owner not stood at the front examining this mess of a salad, and arguing with me about whether or not he would serve roast beef that was rotten. Clearly, if you are serving hard-boiled eggs that are still in the Shell as part of your chef salad, rancid roast beef is no surprise. In the servers defense, she was very apologetic and said she did not look at the food before she gave it to me. She is always very nice and gives great service. Otherwise, Cricketers, pull it together.

Have been here multiple times. It's on our GO TO list. Food is always good and plentiful. TVs usually have on sports or trivia. Service is almost always above average even when busy. Quality traditional (American) British pub.

Very shocked we waited for 30 minutes and still no server came to take our order. We go to this restaurant quite regularly. We ended up leaving without speaking to anyone since there is no good excuse for a 30 minute wait to not even be introduced to a server- not even a drink order. They were not busy.

Nothing like ordering food online, wait an hour and my food was never made. Never going back again! Update: Since i can’t respond to your review. I have to edit my original review. You stated that you couldn’t find my order, but when my husband walked inside , 2 other to-go orders were fulfilled.

I'm not sure where to start... Maybe the best chicken tenders I have ever had in my life. Awesome burger, ruben was fantastic! pretzels are better then any pub pretzels I've had. Really I don't think you could go wrong with anything here. Atmosphere is very friendly.Live music on one night I went, triva on another. This is definitely one of my new favorites!!!
