While some diners praised the consistently good food and generous portions, frustrations emerged due to long wait times, order inaccuracies, and lackluster customer service. Some patrons appreciated the occasional kind gestures from employees, but others encountered indifference from staff. The standout item remained the delicious peach milkshake, which consistently received rave reviews. Overall, while the food quality shines, improving service efficiency and accountability could elevate this establishment's reputation considerably.
Wait in the car through the line 35 minutes. Waited so long my car began to overheat what has never happened. Was finally in the second line to the window and I could see that the person got a gift card and some free drinks for the long waiting period. Of course I get another person in the window. A miserable short hairy older lady. I'm sorry the waiting period didn't... And to make it out of food, it was terrible. This place is really on the hill.
UNBELIEVABLE..1st time at a Chik-fil-A..won't be last! 3 touch points: physical employee in parking lot to take order...next stop..basic check in and pay..3rd stop..grab food and go. ALL DRIVE THRU'S COULD TAKE BIG LESSON HERE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food...PERFECT! Had the peach milkshake...oh my my! Chunks of peach...was wonderful!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru where the girl who took my order was very nice, which is the only reason I am giving two stars. However, when I received my Dr. Pepper, it tasted like carbonated water. I went back inside to get a new one, but despite there being six employees and no other customers, no one helped me. Eventually, a tall white man with short hair, who appeared to be the manager, asked me what he could do for me. He then proceeded to ignore me and have a conversation with another customer who had just arrived to complain. After waiting for five minutes, I told him that my soda had no flavoring in it. He poured me another one, asked if it was better, and when I said it was still not right, he simply walked away without addressing my complaint. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
I wish all fast food places took notes from Chick-fil-A! We literally decided to swing in here, because Taco Bell across the street dining was closed. It was a very pleasant experience as they had an employee manning the dining area asking if we were satisfied and IF WE REQUIRED REFILLS for our drinks ? how awesome is Chick-fil-A?! My meal was tasty and the chicken was nice and juicy! Love Chick-fil-A!!
I was disappointed with a situation that occurred with my order. This location now goes from one star to five stars because of what they did to make it right. In life, everyone has moments they are ish they could take back, but never do and don?t make it right. I was definitely disappointed about not having dinner that night but the accountability means a lot. I received text messages and emails and when I went in, the young lady was extremely pleasant and made it right. If things change I will update my review but you have to be honest when you drop these, so I wanted to share the change I felt.
