Sushi Cafe - Palm Desert

Tried this place bc it was near our hotel and it was not disappointed! At 1:30, after the rush, we sat right away. Seats include: sushi bar, indoor or outdoor under bistro umbrellas. ordered poke bowl, dragon roll, spicy tuna and Thai ice tea. DIY Poke Bowl: Pick a base, 3 protia, then up to 5 toppings, and 2 sauces. I went with rice base, tuna, salmon, Unagi (Eel). Added edamame, crispy garlic, seaweed salad, green onions. Sauce automatically comes to the side and I went with the Eel sauce (sweet tangie) then creamy sesame. They both mixed together! Delicious. Dragon Roll: XL Roll filled with a creamy crab salad mix. Topped with a generous amount of avocado and BBQ eel. The individual peaches were so big that I get them in a bite! Spicy Tuna Roll: definitely has a kick on it! Usually when I spicy tuna, it is very mild, with less kick then paperback cheese. That's really hot. Balanced with fresh cucumbers and green sprouts for a touch of crunch. Thai Iced Tea: beautiful mix when sweet and Thai tea taste. Helps cool my mouth aftertaste spicy tuna roll bites.

Love to drink sushi and Boba Mango you can add Triplw Mango Boba to the ice and real mango on top or just regular choice.

Excellent food and very fast service!! I ordered Poke bowl with octopus and shrimp, Philadelphia Roll and Cali Roll to go. Everything was delicious!!! I also got the Lavender-Frap, which was delicious and refreshing! Thank you. Will be very soon!!!

Big sister company on Boba Tea Island! The Boba teas were delicious and well done. The tempura was light, crisp and tasty. The popcorn chicken had great taste. Our spring rollers were the perfect part. And finally our California Rolls were fresh and great! Not to mention, the staff was very patient and helpful! We will definitely protect them again and again. Didn't I mention the ambience? I love you!

Too expensive but overall great poke. Only a few bites could you tell the fish was frozen, other than that tasted very fresh and delicious. Their house sauce us wonderful, spicy but also slightly sweet with rich flavor. I highly recommend I added tuna,salmon, cilantro, onion, crunchy onion, and crunchy garlic to mine (see photo) it was very very good. I'm very happy they have cilantro as an option. I wish they had just a few more options but still great. The one downside is they are about $3 per bowl too much. There are plenty of other poke places that charge 12-13$ for a bowl with daily fresh fish... so I'm having hard with this place being as big as it is. Definitely delicious if you dont mind spending the money. Also, need to try their boba again, the last time I had it the boba was very poorly cooked (way over cooked) and insanely sweet, way too sweet. I like sweet boba but this was off the charts. The drink itself was sweet too so I was very put off by the drink, I took just a couple of sips and threw it away.
