They refused to accept my Subway coupon for three foot-longs at $17.99, claiming that Subway wouldn't reimburse them. It was really frustrating.

I had an unpleasant experience with a Hispanic redhead named Kris, who openly made snarky comments about me to her coworker Leo without any embarrassment. When I requested chipotle mayo, she mistakenly added regular mayo instead. That wasn't a huge deal, but then she scraped the mayonnaise off the sandwich and put it on the paper it was resting on. I thought she would at least put the sandwich on a fresh piece of paper, but instead, she attempted to roll the sandwich up with the old paper. I had to intervene and ask for a new piece. If you're going to take off an ingredient, why roll it up with the same paper? It's really puzzling. After I made my request, she exchanged a smirk with Leo, as if I had asked for something outrageous. To top it off, I overheard her whispering to him in Spanish—surprise, I'm Hispanic too! This place used to be great, but now the service is filled with sighs and attitude from the staff. Making sandwiches shouldn’t be complicated, yet the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming and desperately needs improvement in customer service.

The beginning with one of your employees was great but another employee made a fuss about I had a coupon. Even though in BOLD says any 2 sandwiches for 12.99 otherwise it's 24.99 for 2 but apparently only for specific sandwiches that that store chooses gets the discount says the employee. So basically I have to waste time and my gas to get to subway, to check and see if the coupon even works for the sandwich i want or else i just pay full price. So dumb, at the end I just bought 1 sandwich and took my lil to Sub king on 111, soooo much better.
